In 2017, John Hancock’s CMO recruited me with an incredible opportunity: transform the in-house, production-oriented, service bureau into a full-service creative agency.
Looking at that challenge through the “work and people” lens, we focused on the opportunities before us. Knowing we’d have to earn the right to take on more work and hire more people.
Every day was a new start. A clean slate. An opportunity to show the organization what we’re capable of. Which is why we branded our agency MaidenHouse.
Three years later with numerous campaigns under our belts and a few creative awards on our shelf, we still treat each day and assignment as a maiden voyage.
